Not just another SaaS

Built for studios — by people who run classes

Hi, I’m Frank. I’ve been building booking software for over 25 years and teaching for the last 8. I started CoreBookings because studio owners deserved something simpler — and someone who understands a busy Tuesday morning when every reformer needs a name on it.

We’re a small Australian team. When studios get stuck, they often talk directly to me — not a ticket queue on the other side of the world.

Built for Pilates

Mat, reformer and multi-room studios

Cap class size to your reformer count, run waitlists when beds fill, and sell intro offers, class packs, term enrolments and memberships in one place. Clients book and pay online — you see who’s coming and what’s left to fill.

  • Capacity that matches your reformer machines
  • Waitlists when popular classes sell out

Mobile app

Your studio in their pocket

Clients book, manage memberships and check in from their phone — so you spend less time on admin and more time on the reformers.

  • Client booking
  • Upcoming bookings
  • Membership

Why studios switch

Less admin. More time teaching.

Most Pilates owners didn’t open a studio to wrestle spreadsheets. CoreBookings takes the operational load so you can teach and grow.

Never overbook a reformer

Set capacity to your machine count. Waitlists catch overflow when peak classes fill — every client who walks in has a bed.

Fill last-minute gaps with SMS

Text opted-in clients about open spots and waitlist moves. Prepaid SMS credits mean you only pay for what you send. SMS marketing.

Make revenue predictable

Sell packs, terms and memberships, take card at booking, and reduce no-shows with clear rules and reminders.

Already on another system?

Switching is easier than you think

Most studio owners aren’t buying software — they’re changing software. We migrate your studio so you keep clients, packs and history without the usual mess.

  • Clients
  • Memberships
  • Passes
  • Remaining visits
  • Expiry dates
  • Help you go live

Most studios are up and running within a few days.

Why Australian studios choose us

Built here. Supported here.

Overseas platforms often mean US support hours, USD pricing friction and tools that were never designed for how Australian studios run. CoreBookings is local by default — often with the founder on the other end of the email.

  • Australian registered company
  • Australian support in your timezone
  • GST-ready invoicing
  • No currency conversions
  • Australian Stripe payouts
  • Talk to real people — often the founder

FAQ

Questions Pilates studios ask before switching

Straight answers on reformer capacity, waitlists, SMS, migration, Australian pricing and payments.

Can I cap attendance to match my reformer machines?

Yes. Set class capacity to the number of reformers (or mats) in the room so you never overbook and every client has equipment.

Do you support waitlists for reformer classes?

Yes. When a spot opens, clients on the waitlist can be notified and book into the class — essential when machine numbers are fixed.

Can I send SMS to fill last-minute spots?

Yes. An optional SMS marketing add-on lets you text opted-in clients about open spots, waitlist moves and last-minute classes. Prepaid credits mean you only pay for what you send. See SMS marketing.

Can I migrate from Mindbody or Momence?

Yes. We help you move clients, passes, memberships, remaining visits and expiry dates, and stay with you through go-live.

How long does setup take?

Most studios are up and running within a few days. Many take their first paid booking the same day once Stripe is connected and the timetable is live.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime if CoreBookings isn’t the right fit.

Do I need Stripe?

Yes for online card payments. You connect your own Stripe account so payouts go straight to you. Fees are Stripe’s rates plus 1%. Clients can still book now and pay later at the studio if you allow it.

Is CoreBookings an Australian company with local support?

Yes. CoreBookings is an Australian registered company with support in your timezone. Studios often talk directly to the founder — not an overseas ticket queue.

Is pricing in AUD, and do you handle GST?

Yes. Plans are priced in Australian dollars from A$59/month + GST. Invoices are GST-ready.

Can I sell packs, terms and memberships?

Yes. Run drop-ins, class packs, term packages, workshops and recurring memberships from the same timetable.

I run clinical / physio Pilates — is this the right page?

For provider numbers and health fund–ready invoices, see our physio Pilates software page. Many practices use both commercial and clinical class types in one account.
