What is CoreBookings?
CoreBookings (by KRIYA) is an online booking and studio management platform built for independent yoga, Pilates, dance, fitness and art studios. It helps you manage class timetables, bookings, memberships, payments and clients - all in one place. Learn more in our guides section or explore the documentation.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. CoreBookings offers a 4-week free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. Start your free trial or book a demo and we’ll walk you through it.
What happens after the free trial?
At the end of the trial you can choose a plan and continue without any disruption to your data. If you decide not to continue, your account is simply deactivated. No charges, no lock-in.
How long does setup take?
Most studios are up and running within a few days. Our team imports your schedule, passes and client data and walks you through the platform at your own pace. Check out our setup checklist to see what's involved.
How much does CoreBookings cost?
Plans start from $59/month + GST. All plans include unlimited bookings, memberships and client management. See the pricing page for a full breakdown.

How does class booking work?
Create a timetable with date, time, duration and capacity. Your clients book online from any device, and CoreBookings handles payments, waitlists and automated reminders. Learn more about managing classes and bookings.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. CoreBookings supports multiple studio locations. Manage timetables, instructors and clients across venues from one account. See our guide on creating rooms and locations.
Can I run both in-person and online classes?
Yes. CoreBookings works for in-studio and online classes. Use Zoom or other streaming tools and share join links with booked students. Manage hybrid timetables in one place. Read more about setting up your classes.
Is there a mobile app for my clients?
Yes. CoreBookings has a mobile app for iOS and Android. Your clients can book classes, buy passes and manage their account from their phone.

What is the transaction fee?
Stripe fees + 1%. You pay Stripe’s card processing fees plus a 1% CoreBookings platform fee. Learn more about payments and transactions.
Can I accept payments online?
Yes. You can charge for classes and services via credit card at booking. CoreBookings supports Stripe and Square, so clients can pay online or in person. See our payments documentation for setup details.
Can I create recurring memberships?
Yes. CoreBookings supports recurring memberships and subscriptions. Set up automatic billing so clients are charged weekly, fortnightly or monthly for unlimited or limited attendance. Learn how to set up recurring payments or view all membership options.
Can I create intro offers and class passes?
Yes. You can create custom packages with different visit counts, validity periods and pricing. Limit intro offers to one per customer to protect your pricing. Explore membership and passes documentation for more options.

Can I import my customers and purchase data?
Yes. Our team handles client and purchase-data migration for you - there’s no self-service import tool. Send us your export from Mindbody, Acuity Scheduling or another system to support@kriya.com.au and we’ll import everything into CoreBookings. See our guide on importing from Mindbody.
Can I link CoreBookings with my website and social accounts?
Yes. You can embed the booking calendar on your website and link to your booking page from Facebook, Instagram or any other channel. Check out our booking page and calendar widget documentation for setup instructions, or contact us if you need help.
Is my data secure?
Yes. CoreBookings uses industry-standard encryption and is hosted on secure infrastructure. Payment data is handled by Stripe or Square — we never store card details.
