Saltstone Yoga & Wellness in Jindabyne

Saltstone Yoga & Wellness is based at 48 Kosciuszko Road in Jindabyne, in the Snowy Mountains of NSW. Born in the mountains and built for every body, Saltstone is a sanctuary for nervous system repair, grounded strength and personal reset.

Classes include Traditional Hatha for structure, breath and discipline; Yin Yoga for deep stillness and fascia release; and The Recovery Room for targeted recovery with foam rolling, breathwork and guided rest. Sessions are designed for the local community, from skiers and boarders to anyone who needs real maintenance for an active life.
