Questions before you switch
Will my members notice?
They book in a new place, and we help you tell them. If your memberships bill through a Stripe account you own, we take over the existing subscriptions and renewals keep the same date, price and saved card. If not, we rebuild them at the same price and members save a card once.
How long does migration take?
Most studios set up their timetable and passes the same day they sign up. Send your Momence export and we have the import ready within three working days. You can run both systems side by side until you are happy.
Do you do PHI claim receipts?
Yes. Issue a private health insurance claim receipt from the class roll, with the class date, service, practitioner and the amount paid. See our physio Pilates software page for detail.
Can I keep my memberships the same?
Yes. We move your memberships across at the same price and renewal date. Before you commit, we check your Stripe setup and tell you exactly what carries over.
